What You’ll Be Doing  





  • 构建公关网络，制定符合品牌战略的公关规划，深度整合行业垂直媒体、央媒、顶级财经媒体及国际头部中文媒体资源，建立长期战略合作关系。



  • 结合产品与行业热点，策划全网传播的爆款内容（如行业白皮书解读、CEO深度访谈等），协同内容团队完成文案、视频等传播素材制作。



  • 品效合一的传播落地，主导高规格媒体活动，强化行业话语权。



  • 团队赋能与流程提效：管理公关团队，建立媒体资源库与传播效果追踪系统，优化从选题到曝光的全流程效率。











  • PR Network Development: Build a robust public relations network and create PR strategies aligned with brand objectives, integrating resources from industry vertical media, central media, top financial media, and leading international Chinese-language media to establish long-term strategic partnerships.



  • Content Creation and Campaign Planning: Develop impactful content for comprehensive online distribution, such as industry white paper interpretations and in-depth CEO interviews, collaborating with content teams to produce promotional materials including copy and videos.



  • Integrated Communication Execution: Lead high-profile media events to enhance the brand's authority in the industry and ensure effective message delivery.



  • Team Empowerment and Process Optimization: Manage the public relations team, establish a media resource database and communication effectiveness tracking system, and optimize the workflow from topic selection to exposure.




 





What We Look For In You





  • 全日制本科以上学历，英语可做工作语言，市场营销及传媒类专业优先；



  • 媒体资历与资源：5年以上媒体/PR相关经验，主流媒体或公关公司经验，至少2年专注金融/科技领域；



  • 跨界资源整合力：成功促成过品牌与顶流媒体/IP的破圈合作。



  • 中英文流利，皆可做工作语言。










  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proficiency in English as a working language; degrees in Marketing or Communications are preferred.



  • Media Experience and Resources: At least 5 years of experience in media or PR, with a background in mainstream media or PR firms, including a minimum of 2 years focused on the finance or technology sectors.



  • Cross-Industry Resource Integration: Proven track record in facilitating collaborations between brands and leading media or intellectual properties, achieving successful cross-industry partnerships.



  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English
