Precious Metals Settlement Officer

Job Description

1. Partner with front office to deliver full-cycle clearing & settlement support for precious metals: trade validation, auth matching, cash & physical settlement, SWIFT messaging, confirmation and reconciliation.
2. Contribute to drafting and maintaining precious metals settlement manuals, SOPs and internal policies.
3. Support settlement setup for innovative products: precious metals ETFs, derivatives, tokenized precious metals.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 2+ years clearing/settlement experience of precious metals
3. Good Chinese writing capability preferred
4. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese document processing
5. Independent worker, resilient under tight settlement timelines
6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin
