Team: Principal Investment Team, Director – Korean

Position: Director – Korean

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the asset management business strategy, including establishing and expanding the business platform and network.
2. Develop Co-GP and Co-investment opportunities, leveraging an existing network of KDB Asia.
3. Coordinate internal approval processes, including drafting reports.
4. Oversee the daily operations and portfolio management of existing funds.
5. Address inquiries and requirements from regulatory institutions.
6. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors and management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in fund management, asset management, or related areas. Previous Co-GP, Co-investment, or direct investment experience preferred.
2. Possession of or qualification for obtaining an SFC Type 9 license (asset management).
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with private equity/debt fund structures and legal documentation.
4. Clear and concise communication skills written and verbal in both English and Korean.
5. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
