About the Opportunity

The On-Chain Earn Team strives to deliver a world-class staking experience, focusing on user satisfaction, seamless participation in on-chain earning opportunities, and robust product performance. By continuously refining and enhancing staking functionalities, the team empowers users to maximize their crypto assets with confidence and ease.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the staking product, aligning with the company’s mission and market opportunities.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact, user value, and regulatory considerations.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align staking product goals with broader company objectives.

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and security of staking solutions.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of staking products, such as user adoption, staked asset volume, and retention.

What We Look For In You:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business).

Deep understanding of blockchain technology, staking mechanisms, and decentralized finance (DeFi).

Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products, preferably related to staking, DeFi, or financial services.

Experience coaching or mentoring senior-level team members, with a focus on developing strategic and executional skills.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.

Exceptional execution skills, including defining requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering products on time and within scope.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in defining and analyzing KPIs to drive product decisions.
