Principal/Senior Product Manager, Account Security

• Lead Account Security Architecture & Standards Compliance: Continuously enhance the account security architecture and assessment framework to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., NIST, FIDO) and meet the security level requirements (such as AAL2/AAL3) for diverse business scenarios.


• Build and Consolidate Security Capability Platform: Responsible for developing and refining core security infrastructure, including dynamic identity verification, device fingerprint, and device risk score. Collaborate to optimize dynamic defense strategy systems.


• Drive Security Experience & User Trust: Oversee user experience (UX), user education, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy within the account security domain. Create tangible security experiences for users, elevate account security levels, and ultimately foster deep trust between users and the platform.

• Proven Security Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the security field, with a track record of leading the design and successful implementation of identity authentication or client-side security systems.


• User & Product Mindset: Strong sensitivity to product and user experience. Adept at driving product design from dual perspectives: "Security Perception" and "Active Defense".


• Systems Thinking & Collaboration: Excellent systems thinking and cross-team communication and coordination skills. Ability to abstract complex security problems into structured solutions and drive their implementation.


• Self-Drive & Leadership: Highly self-motivated and fast learner. Possesses a strategic perspective, capable of leading technical direction and shaping robust security frameworks.
