Job Description - Private Banking Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Deep Engagement with High-Net-Worth Clients : Responsible for full lifecycle management of existing high-net-worth (HNW) clients, understanding their core needs in Hong Kong/US stock trading, derivative instruments, IPO subscription strategies, and cash flow management through in-depth communication;
  2. Trading Support & Professional Enablement : Stay abreast of global capital market dynamics, provide clients with timely market intelligence, Hong Kong/US stock research reports, and trading tool guidance to enhance client trading activity and professionalism on the Futubull platform;
  3. Product & Solution Implementation : Recommend platform core advantage products (such as US stock options, new stock subscriptions, idle fund appreciation solutions, etc.) based on client investment preferences, and assist clients in completing the full service process including large-sum deposits and fund transfers;
  4. Premium Events & Ecosystem Building : Plan and organize high-end online/offline events for major clients (such as listed company research visits, top-tier investment bank exchange meetings, private investment salons) to build high-value client communities and strengthen brand loyalty;
  5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Optimization : Serve as the internal feedback channel for client needs, coordinating with product, trading, compliance and other departments to continuously optimize exclusive service processes and platform trading experience for major clients.
Job Requirements:
  1. Hold Type 1 License (Dealing in Securities) issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong
  2. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in finance-related fields
  3. 2+ years of relevant industry experience in private banking, securities firm wealth management departments, third-party wealth management institutions, etc.;Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills and client relationship management capabilities, adept at discovering clients' potential needs;Sharp market insight and risk awareness, able to seize market opportunities promptly and provide professional advice to clients;
  4. Strong team collaboration spirit and goal-oriented mindset.
