Job Description

As a PE Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

Conducting in-depth financial research and analysis to support investment decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and update financial models for private equity investments
Support the preparation of investment proposals and materials
Assist deal teams in monitoring the performance of portfolio companies
Contribute to portfolio management and investment valuation processes
Prepare presentation materials for investors, portfolio companies, and internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful PE Analyst should have:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Proficiency in financial modeling
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
Strong team player with a positive and proactive working attitude
2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
