About Our Client

Our client, a reputable and long-standing private equity firm, is seeking a high-calibre Investment Analyst or Associate to join their dynamic deal team based in Hong Kong.

Job Description

Assist in the sourcing, screening, and evaluation of potential investment opportunities
Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis, including trends, competitive landscapes, and growth drivers
Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal investment committees
Monitor and assess the performance of portfolio companies, including financial metrics, strategic initiatives, and quarterly reporting

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; finance, economics, or related disciplines preferred
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with a solid understanding of valuation techniques
1-2 years of experience in investment banking at a leading global institution; exposure to primary market, buyside are highly advantageous
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment
