Private Wealth Management: Head of INVESTMENT & Product

Job Responsibilities

• Lead integrated professional teams covering investment advisory, research, family office, PWM product and risk control
• Design premium product sourcing framework with quantitative evaluation metrics
• Develop global multi-asset investment strategy repository with rebalancing protocols
• Implement look-through risk management for underlying assets
• Drive digital transformation through cross-departmental coordination

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance/Economics, CFA/FRM/CPA preferred
• 10+ years in top-tier financial institutions with 5+ years multi-team management
• Build partnerships with top-tier PE funds, hedge funds and alternative asset providers
• Expert in private banking products and cross-border wealth solutions
• Deep understanding of global markets with alternative investment expertise
• Fluent bilingual capability with English /Mandarin
