Job Description - Private Wealth Management: Head of INVESTMENT & Product

Job Responsibilities

Lead integrated professional teams covering investment advisory, research, family office, PWM product and risk control
Design premium product sourcing framework with quantitative evaluation metrics
Develop global multi-asset investment strategy repository with rebalancing protocols
Implement look-through risk management for underlying assets
Drive digital transformation through cross-departmental coordination

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance/Economics, CFA/FRM/CPA preferred
10+ years in top-tier financial institutions with 5+ years multi-team management
Build partnerships with top-tier PE funds, hedge funds and alternative asset providers
Expert in private banking products and cross-border wealth solutions
Deep understanding of global markets with alternative investment expertise
Fluent bilingual capability with English /Mandarin
