Job Description - Process Improvement Manager

Our client, a leading health and medical insurance provider in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to join their team. This role will be involved in mapping and documenting end to end business flows of the company, by working with the relevant business stakeholders and owners.

This role will also involve migrating the current process maps they have drawn on Visio to a new process mapping tool that they are using.

This candidate must have the below:

  • 3-5 years experience in process improvement, process mapping or operational excellence
  • Excellent experience working on Visio
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Either banking or insurance industry experience required
  • Cantonese and English language skills
