Responsibilities

- Work closely with management team to identify process efficiency improvement areas, e.g. process re-engineering, training etc.

- Provide support in the development, implementation and execution of training strategies for technical sections 

- Strategize, research, analyze and identify service delivery gaps and process improvement opportunities 

Requirements

- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in any disciplines with knowledge in Quality or Operation Management

- 1-2 years working experiences in service operations field but fresh graduates are also welcomed

- Proficient in multimedia production and editing skills

- Innovative and energetic

- Strong analytical, facilitation and process mapping skills
