Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall procurement operations of the company, ensuring efficient and standardized procurement processes.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, control costs, and optimize supply chain management.
- Select and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contract terms, and ensure timely supply and quality of materials.
- Manage and supervise the daily work of the procurement team, providing training and support.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations, and formulate responsive strategies.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to meet operational needs and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Over 1-3 years of procurement management experience; experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and processes in Hong Kong and international markets.
- Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- High sense of responsibility and strong ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in procurement management software and office software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
