Procurement Officer

Citybus is a market leading operator of public transport services operating over 1500 buses and employing over 5000 colleagues across our organization to serve the community. The role:

• Responsible for the end-to-end process of daily procurement activities 
• Source the goods/services in accordance with the in-house supplier registration policy
• Review of the suppliers’ performance and proposing any inclusion/exclusion of suppliers from time to time
• Liaise and work closely with relevant business units to understand their needs and requirements
• Carry out general departmental administration function
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

Skills and attributes:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the aspect of procurement
• Experience in using procurement system software and tools 
• Good procurement skills in selecting the most appropriate way of purchase which are feasible to maximize benefit/protection to the Company
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Procurement Assistant
