Job Description - Procurement Specialist

About the role:

An excellent opportunity to join an international banking group as a Procurement Specialist to support the full procurements life cycle and support global procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
Support spend analysis and optimization planning
Lead sourcing activities, including RFx processes
Support vendor selection and contract negotiations
Ensure contract compliance with legal and company standards
Manage vendor performance and risk monitoring
Maintain procurement processes, tools, and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders

Requirements

2-3 years of relevant procurement or sourcing experience
Background in indirect procurement practices
Knowledge of project management principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with diverse, international stakeholders
Good communication and interpersonal skills
