Job Description - Procurement Specialist (FS FI) 30k

Our client is a well-established multinational financial services organization with a strong presence across global markets. They are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their Hong Kong office. This role sits within a lean team, offering a hands-on environment with strong exposure to end-to-end procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tender management, and vendor selection
Prepare and evaluate quotations, ensuring alignment with company policies and cost-effectiveness
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelines
Support vendor negotiations and maintain strong supplier relationships
Ensure procurement processes comply with internal controls and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Requirements:

3-5 years of indirect procurement or relevant experience within financial services, banking, or insurance organizations
Good knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering and quotation management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently in a small team environment
Good PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
