Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Product Designer (Graphic) to join our team. You will be a part of the leads in CASETiFY’s product design and innovation to drive the company’s product portfolio growth and expansion.
  
  

Job Description

• Conceptualize and design packaging concepts under the guidance of senior designer


• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing


• Research trends, analyze competitors, and keep up with regulations


• Produce design deliverables like illustrations, photo-realistic visual mockups, die-line layouts, and physical mockups.


• Develop Inspiring Designs Aligned with Brand & Marketing


• Design and develop digital and print assets of product launch materials, user guides, and other promotional content.


• Assist Senior Designers with preparing presentations


• Assist with the packaging production process


• Maintain organization of design files, assets, documentation


• Continuously develop hard and soft skills through self-learning 

Requirement

• 3+ years of experience in design or packaging design experience 


• Bachelor's Degree or above in Product/Graphic/Industrial Design, or related discipline


• Demonstrated packaging-related graphic design and illustration skills 


• Detailed knowledge of branding, printing, graphic design layout principles, and structural packaging design fundamentals


• Strong proficiency with design software packages, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dimension (knowledge to other packaging-related software is a plus)


• Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to ensure key deadlines are met


• Strong attention to details


• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese


• Organized and basic project management
