Job Description - Product Development Senior Manager (Life & Health), Insurance

Your new company

A leading insurer is looking for a seasoned Life & Health product development candidate.

Your new role

Lead product strategy, design, and development to support business growth.
Explore new product ideas and validate concepts through customer & frontline insights.
Partner with Actuarial, Operations, Distribution, Reinsurers, and Marketing to deliver initiatives.
Conduct frontline training and district visits to strengthen product understanding.
Prepare/review product literature and launch materials.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.
Manage in-force product maintenance & post-launch reviews.

What you'll need to succeed

10-15 years' experience in life insurance product development.
Strong understanding of agency & bancassurance channels.
Creative, customer-centric, and commercially minded.
Solid project management & stakeholder engagement experience.
Strong communication skills (English & Chinese).

What you'll get in return

Successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 60,000 to 80,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience;
