Job Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Product Executive (Product Builder). No need to fret about coding, our product builder is as user-friendly as it gets, designed for anyone (yes, even your grandma!). We’ll provide comprehensive training so you can hit the ground running and start shaping the future of our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
• Product Implementation, Maintenance, and Streamlining:
Implement products within our system (NIS) while ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications. Streamline processes across various products to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Internal Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement:
Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs on product management features. Ensure that product setups are understood and manageable across all departments. Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously improve product setup and alignment with business needs.
• Quality Control and Assurance:
Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure all product configurations meet client expectations and insurer-specific requirements. Maintain meticulous attention to detail to prevent errors that could impact client satisfaction and reimbursement.
• System Development and Standardization:
Proactively identify opportunities for NIS development to enable automation and improve operational efficiency. Emphasize standardization across markets and products to facilitate scalability and consistency.
• Project Involvement and Cross-functional Collaboration:
Participate in various projects within the tech/data/product team to gain exposure to different aspects of product management and development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines, deliverables, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and standardization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance product builder/software systems (e.g., NIS) is a plus.
