Job Description - Product Innovation Senior Manager/ Manager, Insurance

Your new company

A top-tier insurer is looking for a senior product innovation and proposition candidate to join the team.

Your new role

Support the design and development of new and enhanced insurance products, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Develop product roadmaps, prepare product concepts and business cases, and support senior management decision-making.
Manage product development projects with clear timelines, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
Partner closely with distribution and internal stakeholders to ensure product market fit and successful launches.
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and recommend enhancements to improve competitiveness and profitability.
Contribute to campaign development and participate in ad-hoc strategic initiatives as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science or related field.
8+ years of insurance industry experience in Hong Kong (less experience considered for Manager level).
Background in product development or product innovation preferred.
Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving.
Collaborative team player with strong communication and presentation capabilities.
Experience with regional functions or reinsurers is an advantage.

What you'll get in return

Successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 60,000 to 80,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience;
