Product Lead (Brokerage)

I am seeking a Senior Product Lead for my client, a leading wealth fintech in the Asia-Pacific region, managing over US$10 billion in assets.

He/She will enhance trading and investment platforms by collaborating with a diverse global team of product managers, designers, and engineers to drive product and business initiatives that achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the product roadmap and vision for upcoming offerings in the Hong Kong, integrating insights from market research and regulatory developments.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals while prioritizing customer needs.
• Create and implement growth strategies that enhance customer acquisition channels, leveraging A/B testing and market analysis to improve critical metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost and Lifetime Value.

Requirements:

• • Cantonese is MANDATORY
  • Over 8 years of experience in product management, specifically with consumer-facing Fintech solutions (Brokerage or Wealth Tech is preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Metabase/Mixpanel).
