Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager specializing in card issuing to join our Card Product team. In this role, you will manage, development, and optimization of all card function and features of Redotpay Card. By establishing and expanding efficient, compliant, and high-performance card products, you will drive user acquisition, transaction volume, and global expansion. This is a highly influential position at the intersection of product, partner, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end product strategy for RedotPay’s card products (virtual and physical cards), roll out the new card product based on card product road map.


• Communicated with Card scheme (VISA/Mastercard) and vendor to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new card product and feature. Provide support on vendor communication and management.


• Manage the full life cycle of of the card product, integration with card scheme (VISA/Mastercard) and Vendor(including card processor), conduct product and marketing research, create product requirement document based on business requirement.


• Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, risk, marketing, and business development teams to ensure card prare stable, secure, scalable, and fully compliant across jurisdictions.


• Monitor Card product performance through key metrics (e.g., activation rate, transaction volume, conversion, cost per acquisition, retention) and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve.


• Work with design teams to enhance user flows and features that improve channel efficiency and user satisfaction.


• Stay ahead of industry trends in crypto payments, card networks (Visa, Mastercard), and emerging payment industry technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 3–5 years of product management experience in cards issuing or card payment in financial industry. Directly involvement in launch a new card programmes or product is highly preferred.


• Familiarity with the card product and end to end card payment life cycle, including but not limited to card issuing and embossing, authorization, settlement and dispute handling. Deep understanding of the ISO8583 message, product and standard of card scheme (VISA/Mastercard), e.g. MDES/VTS for ApplePay/GooglePay and 3D secure is a strong advantage.


• Able to convert the business requirement to product design document or function specification. Project management skill (e.g. Agile) and Experience on APP design and relative tools (e.g. Figma) is preferred.


• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions; proficient in SQL or analytics tools is preferred.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


• Passion for fintech/crypto innovation and a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced startup environment.


• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
