Product Manager - Crypto & Tokenization (Asset Management)

We are partnering with a leading global asset management firm to appoint a Product Manager specialising in Crypto and Tokenization. This is a newly created role within a forward-thinking product team, designed to drive innovation across the firm’s digital and tokenized investment offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tokenization initiatives, with a primary focus on structuring and executing tokenized ETF projects.
• Drive the creation, launch, and lifecycle management of crypto-focused funds, ensuring alignment with global regulatory frameworks.
• Partner closely with technology, legal, investment, and distribution teams to bring digital asset solutions from concept to market.
• Monitor market trends and emerging blockchain applications relevant to asset and fund management.
• Build product strategies to integrate traditional finance with emerging digital asset infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in product management, investment solutions, or digital asset innovation within asset management, financial institutions, or fintech firms.
• Proven track record in tokenization projects or blockchain-based fund structuring.
• In-depth understanding of crypto funds, ETFs, and digital asset market dynamics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts into commercially and technically viable solutions.
• Familiarity with regional and global crypto/digital asset regulatory environments preferred.
