Job Description - Product Marketing Manager, Life Insurance

Your new company
A top-tier insurer is looking for a product marketing manager for the marketing department.

Your new role

Manage end-to-end communications deliverables for new product launches and product updates, making sure all materials are completed on time and meet internal standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate technical product information into simple, engaging content for customers, ranging from brochures and videos to digital and promotional pieces.
Shape product messaging by identifying unique selling points and presenting them in a way that resonates with target audiences.
Guide creative agencies, designers, and editors to produce high-quality marketing assets with intuitive layouts and strong visual impact.
Coordinate periodic updates to existing product materials, ensuring all figures and information remain accurate and aligned with approved changes.
Support the development and rollout of promotional initiatives-including campaign planning, content creation, and quality assurance.

What you'll need to succeed

A university degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
Around 7+ years of experience in the life insurance or broader financial services industry.
Hands-on experience creating customer-facing communication materials and assisting with product rollouts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Highly organized, able to prioritize well, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
A good eye for design quality and experience driving creative production with external partners.
Solid project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
A collaborative, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll get in return

Successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 50,000 to 70,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience;
