Product Specialist (ETFs)

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct market analysis and research related to index products, collect market data, and write research reports;

2. Assist in revising the positioning strategy and key elements of new products;

3. Assist in analyzing the operation of existing products;

4. Perform full lifecycle maintenance of product operations and manage related shutdown, merger, and transfer work;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor according to actual business needs.

Job Requirements

1. Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience;

2. Master's degree or above, with a bachelor's degree from a top-tier domestic or international university in a related field;

3. Strong interest in market research and product strategy analysis, possessing strong logical thinking and independent thinking abilities; candidates with research experience and familiarity with overseas asset management product markets are preferred;

4. Meticulous work attitude and attention to detail;

5. Quick learning and adaptability, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork ability;

6. Good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
