Production Supervisor / Assistant Manager 生產線主管 (Food / F&B)

Our client is a well-known Food and Beverage company, and they are looking for Production Supervisor / Assistant Production Manager to cope with their business growth. Job Describtions: 

• Monitor daily operation to meet production schedules and targets
• Review existing production procedures and liaise with different department in seeking for quality/continuous improvement.
• Collect and analyze production data to monitor production performance and improve process
• Provide training and technical support to operation staff

Requirements:

• 2 years' working experience in Food Manufacturing Industry is highly preferable 
• Knowledge of ISO22000/HACCP/LEAN/Six Sigma is highly perferred 
• Strong communication skills 
• Team-player, willing to learn with problem-solving skills
• Good people management skill and communication skill
