We, Solomon HR is inviting the following talent for a global NGO client.

Official Title: Assistant Manager of Volunteer Program

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop centre / in-house programs for kids and families 

- Schedule volunteer team roaster to support House programs

- Manage House guests and Day Pass participants for activities

- Keep volunteer list up to date and keep Volunteer Manage

System record up-to-date

- Host regular volunteer orientations for new recruitments

- Develop and maintain network with local volunteer agencies

- Coordinate with various departments for volunteer and participant recruitment and scheduling.

- Support VIP visits, outings, and programs during weekdays and weekends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree holder

- Passionate about working in NGO sector and making impact on kids and families

- A minimum of four years' relevant work experience (NGOs/education)

- Eagerness to run program workshops and events, and to lead children’s

groups

- Self-motivation, hard-working and strong interpersonal skills

- A team player who can work independently with minimal supervision

- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing.
