Program Manager (Data)

I am seeking a Program Manager with expertise in Data Transformation for my client, a prominent player in the insurance sector. He/She will lead data and analytics initiatives across the Asia region, overseeing complex and multifaceted data programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale data and analytics programs across multiple Asian markets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Implement strong governance frameworks to guarantee consistent delivery and quality across all initiatives.
• Transform the regional data strategy into actionable program roadmaps.
• Lead initiatives to promote successful adoption of new data solutions and processes.

Job Requirements:

• > 10 years of program management experience, with a focus on data and analytics for at least 5 years.
• Significant experience in program management and data analytics, who can adeptly navigate the complexities of diverse Asian environments.
• Proven success in delivering large, multi-country data programs.
• Robust understanding of data analytics technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
