About the Team


 The objectives of the AP Ecosystems & Alliances (E&A) team are aligned with our global ambition: to strengthen strategic relationships with leading technology companies, drive alliance sales growth, deliver transformational outcomes for clients, and design the future together.


The AP E&A core team works closely with global, regional, and local organizations to drive high performance through strategic alignment, collaboration, effective governance, best-practice sharing, insightful analytics, and operational excellence. We deliver value across strategic initiatives, marketing and communications, and operations through skilled and committed people. As multidimensional collaboration becomes increasingly important, the AP E&A team collaborates closely with multiple teams across AP with different focuses and capabilities, including industry- and client-facing teams and those working with cutting-edge technologies.

Work you'll do

About the Role


Based in one of the Asia Pacific countries, the AP E&A Program Senior Manager/Manager supports day-to-day strategic and operational activities for the AP E&A Leader. This includes a wide range of communications with leaders across AP member firms, as well as AP and Global alliance teams. Your key areas of responsibility will include:


 


Strategy & Execution



  • Supports the AP E&A Leader in defining strategy and building consensus with executive-level leadership in AP and globally.

  • Conducts surveys, interviews, and research to deliver insights to leadership and support the AP E&A Leader in making strategic decisions.

  • Develops close, productive working relationships with Global E&A and other AP alliance teams to align on strategic direction.



  • Collaborates with local E&A leaders and cross-functional business leaders across AP to align on strategic approaches.


Sales & Planning



  • Plans and tracks sales performance against short-, mid-, and long-term plans, aligned with Deloitte AP overall planning, and reports to stakeholders.



  • Manages governance for AP E&A-related sales programs, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.

  • Develops budget plans for required investments based on strategic priorities and aligns with stakeholders.


Marketing and Communications



  • Builds the AP E&A community by managing regular communications.



  • Works closely with relevant teams (both global and regional) to plan, execute, and follow up on marketing and go-to-market events and activities efficiently and effectively across AP.

  • Manages internal educational content and communications to raise awareness and deepen understanding of E&A across Deloitte AP.

  • Delivers communications about the organization, event reports, awards etc., in collaboration with AP alliance teams.


Business Operations



  • Drives the enhancement of AP E&A governance in alignment with its vision and key strategies.

  • Organizes virtual and in-person workshops and leadership meetings on AP E&A priority topics.

  • Manages program investments and funding in alignment with key stakeholders.

  • Defines and communicates standards and guidelines to drive AP E&A core activities across AP.

  • Understands how to develop and execute responses to global and AP strategies in a matrixed organizational environment at the direction of senior leadership.

  • High degree of resilience and flexibility to manage changing priorities and diverse subject matter.

  • Ability to deliver under pressure and provide timely responses to leadership.

  • Ability to cut through organizational ambiguity and deliver practical solutions that advance organizational goals.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a diverse team with different backgrounds.

  • Flexibility in working hours to collaborate with regional stakeholders across time zones.

  • Ability and willingness to travel for global/AP meetings as needed (up to 10%).


Qualifications


Required



  • Bachelor’s degree, an advanced degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of professional experience.

  • Fluency in English (native or business level)

  • Demonstrated experience communicating with senior-level executives.

  • High proficiency with spreadsheet, presentation, and collaboration/communication tools.

  • Experience in working in diversified, international teams.


 


Preferred



  • Experience with and understanding of market-leading technologies and products.

  • Management and/or consulting experience.

  • Ability to think strategically while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate timeframes.

  • Ability to influence a broad range of key stakeholders to activate E&A opportunities across the region.

  • Excellent team player; effective at sharing knowledge, communicating clearly, and supporting teammates during periods of increased workload.

  • Highly organized and self-sufficient; successful with limited direction; upbeat and enthusiastic.

  • Clear and convincing communicator across oral, written, and formal presentation formats.

  • High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent follow-up

  • Strong aptitude and passion for driving operational detail and market impact
