Project Admin (Native Mandarin Preferred, IANG welcome, up to 23K)

My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Project Admin.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the project team, such as minutes & memo preparation, attendance record & leave management, medical & insurance claims, etc.
• Conduct research, survey and report based on the team needs.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
• Monitor and follow-up the progress of different projects.
• Assist in organizing company events.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in any disciplines.
• 3-5 years project admin experience. 
• Native Mandarin speaking preferred. Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Highly analytical and detail minded.
• Multi-tasking and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized and self-initiated.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
