Job Description - Project Analyst

Job Duties

Analyse, map, and redesign legal workflows to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance service delivery.
Work with lawyers and business teams on innovation initiatives, including the design and implementation of legal technology solutions.
Manage project tasks independently, meet deadlines, and support end‑to‑end delivery.
Assist in deploying and customising legal tech tools, ensuring smooth adoption by lawyers and operational teams.
Provide training, guidance, and support to users on new processes and technologies.
Stay updated on emerging legal technology trends and communicate relevant insights to legal teams and business stakeholders.
Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement and innovation within the legal practice.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Prior exposure to legal technology or innovation projects is beneficial but not required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools; familiarity with legal tech tools is an advantage.
Comfortable using digital platforms; understanding of Generative AI is a plus.
Strong analytical abilities with the capability to document and interpret complex processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Curious, innovative, and eager to learn in a fast‑evolving environment.
Commercially aware with a client‑focused mindset.
Structured onboarding and continuous learning in legal technology and innovation.
Hands‑on exposure to market‑leading legal tech tools and high‑quality legal service delivery.
