Project Assistant (Talented Athletes Direct Admission Scheme) (25260817)

The Academy would like to seek proactive and self-driven applicants for the position of Project Assistant for ‘Talented Athletes Direct Admission Scheme’ (TADAS) of the University.  

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the academic and other administrative staff for any matters relating to TADAS, admission, such as student admission;


• Processing payment and purchase requisitions;


• Maintaining database and filing system;


• Updating website and designing all the promotion materials;


• Handling all related documentations; and


• Performing any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A  bachelor’s degree or above and with some relevant work experience;


• Have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; 


• Have good computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; and


• Be a good team player and able to work independently.

The initial appointment will be offered on a contract of one year commencing in September 2026. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.

The post will be pegged to the rank of Research Assistant. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
