Project Manager

What you are in charge of:

• Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within the agreed scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report and escalate to management as needed
• Establish and manage the relationship with the client, all stakeholders and third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Delegate project tasks based on Project staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Meet budgetary objectives and propose adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What you offer:

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience as a Manager / Senior Engineer in the field or in a related area
• Computer literate in all MS Office products
• Minimum working experience of 5 years in a relevant position
• Relevant Industry experience in Material Handling Systems (design, installation, maintenance)
• Experience in Civil works interface coordination
• Prior experience leading small teams Desirable
• Experience working with technical disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Software
