What you are in charge of:
- Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within the agreed scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish and manage the relationship with the client, all stakeholders and third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Delegate project tasks based on Project staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Meet budgetary objectives and propose adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What you offer:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience as a Manager / Senior Engineer in the field or in a related area
- Computer literate in all MS Office products
- Minimum working experience of 5 years in a relevant position
- Relevant Industry experience in Material Handling Systems (design, installation, maintenance)
- Experience in Civil works interface coordination
- Prior experience leading small teams Desirable
- Experience working with technical disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Software
