They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and assist with Agency Platform and Channel projects.

Your new role
Your duties include:

• Partnering with stakeholders across agency, operations, and support teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT teams, particularly for agency systems and digital tools
• Supporting end-to-end initiatives focused on agency platforms, from planning and enhancement to rollout across the distribution channel
• Collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure systems effectively support agency workflows, sales processes, and performance tracking
• Preparing clear and structured documentation, reports, and presentation materials to support business and channel management decisions
• Facilitating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring enhancements meet the practical needs of agency users and drive adoption

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in the Insurance industry
• Familiar with Project Management processes in Agency Channel or Agency Platform Enhancement
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow and upskill
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
