Your Scope

• Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end transformation in agency strategy, productivity, and operating models.
• Collaboration: Partner with leadership and vendors to turn ideas into tangible business results.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine the agency model to enhance efficiency.
• Project Involved: Experienced in handling Agency Compensation, Agency Application Project will be a plus

Your Requirements:

• Background: Degree holder; 7+ years in Life Insurance BA roles.
• Domain Knowledge: Expert in insurance products and agency operations.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Chinese; proficient in Chinese Word Processing.
• Soft Skills: Independent problem-solver who remains calm under pressure.
