Business Analyst/ Project Manager

Accountabilities

• Liaise with internal and external business users, assisting in the preparation and project-related documentation;


• Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, system design, development, testing, UAT, implementation, documentation to maintenance


• Provide on-site user support during user acceptance test and parallel runs


• Research, resolve and communicate system issues in a timely and accurate manner.


• Prepare project status reports to management.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or IT related disciplines


• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Project Manager


• Over 2-year working experience, as Business Analyst preferably in IT industry.


• Self-motivated and interested in learning new products and solutions


• Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills and able to work independently.


• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
