Job Description - Project Manager (Capital Market)

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium and large projects
Manage scope, changes, and conduct regular client coordination
Coordinate with onshore Project Managers and offshore resources
Guide and support offshore PM II and junior Project Managers
Establish and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules
Track progress against milestones and deadlines
Facilitate communication across project teams, stakeholders, and departments
Schedule and coordinate project meetings including kick-offs, status updates, and reviews
Identify and resolve resource constraints and conflicts
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
Manage project health status and performance
Collaborate with finance and accounting for cost tracking and billing processes
Support financial forecasting activities
Provide feedback from completed projects to improve future execution

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong experience in project delivery for medium to large-scale projects
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese language
Preferred experience in capital markets domain
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong relationship-building and time management capabilities
Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills with minimal supervision
Strong critical thinking skills with focus on risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving
Experience in conflict resolution
Experience with financial forecasting and billing processes
Experience managing project health and status reporting
Ability to coordinate across onshore and offshore teams
