Project Manager, Cards Technology

Lead end -to -end delivery for payments and
credit card technology initiatives across requirements, testing, release, and
implementation. The role sits between business, product, engineering, and
operations to drive timely delivery and stable production outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Manage project plans, RAID, dependencies, and stakeholder
  reporting.
  
• Drive delivery for card lifecycle initiatives, including
  authorisation, clearing, settlement, disputes, fraud, servicing, and
  digital channels.
  
• Coordinate system integration testing, UAT, implementation
  planning, and production rollout.
  
• Work with global and regional teams across technology,
  compliance, operations, and vendors.
  

Requirements

What you need

• Project management experience in banking, payments, or cards
  technology.
  
• Strong understanding of credit/debit card products and payment
  systems, ideally across authorisation, settlement, disputes, and fraud.
  
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross -functional
  coordination.
  
• Good grasp of technical delivery in environments using Java,
  microservices, APIs, data platforms, and DevOps toolchains.
  
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
  

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux, Oracle, and production support.
  
• Exposure to sanctions, payment processing, or card operations.
  
• Strong communication skills in a global matrix environment.
