Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have extensive local experience and a strong background in managing complex construction initiatives, including airport, MTR, bridge, road, drainage, and building works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Implement digital and automated systems for efficient project management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly.
• Mentor project team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Engineer status with HKIE (MICE or MIStructE) is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years of post-chartered experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in airport and MTR environments.
• Proven experience in bridge, road, drainage, and building construction works.
• Local experience in Hong Kong is essential; HKID holder preferred.
• Familiarity with digital and automated system management is highly advantageous.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
