Project Manager (construction in facilities & playground, $30k-35k)

Our Client is looking for a high calibre to join their team.

Requirements: 

• ~Form 5 or above
• ~at least 4-5 years or above related project construction work experience in club house or playground facilities
• ~Conversational English and Mandarin

Duties:

• Handle Government tenders
• Estimate project cost
• Manage project operations. Build strong relationship with client
• Responsible for overall management of assigned project, including progress, quality, cost and site operation
