Job Description - Project Manager (Digital Solutions) - FS

Responsibilities

Support the Company's growth strategy, global expansion, and digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions.
Join the Digital Solutions Team to lead and deliver cross-functional digital and business transformation projects
Serve as Project Manager for multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery from planning through execution
Work closely with business, operations, technology, and external partners to define requirements, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
Identify risks, dependencies, and resources early, and proactively manage issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Facilitate governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across senior management and working teams
Maintain strong awareness of industry, market, and technology trends to support informed decision-making and solution design

Qualifications

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Fluency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably within investment banking or global markets
Strong understanding of institutional sales and trading businesses across equities and FICC products (including derivatives and structured products), as well as wealth management and retail brokerage
Solid knowledge of front, middle, and back office processes, with a proven track record in business build-out and process reengineering initiatives
