Job Description - Project Manager - Digitalisation

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of digitalisation initiatives across the organisation. This role is not limited to a single large-scale project-instead, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic digital transformation goals and delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of multiple digital and technology-driven projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with digitalisation strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, vendors, and external partners
Drive the implementation of digital solutions (e.g., automation, data analytics, system integration, process digitisation)
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets across all initiatives
Establish governance, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics for programme oversight
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and digital transformation across business units
Ensure change management and user adoption strategies are effectively executed
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
5-8+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
Strong experience in digitalisation, transformation, or technology-driven projects
Familiarity with tools/methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
