Project Manager, Director P3, Institutional Securities Technology

We're seeking someone to join our PRO team as a, Project Manager in Algo to work with the Algo PM Team to align and manage various initiatives. In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

What you'll do in the role:

• Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.

• Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.

• Collaborate in managing the Algo Book Of Work.

• Ensure representation of Asia priorities and progress in global forums and shared catalog discussions.

• Coordinate among the Asia IED business, Asia technology, and Global Algo project management to collect, collate, and track Asia priorities and BoW.

• Work with Asia technology leadership to design and implement processes to capture information on work items and resources.

• Track and report on the resources working on various parts of the BoW and their associated cost.

• Provide the transparency needed make to priority decisions among work items, based on updated data.

• Monitor and report on program performance and strategic outcomes.

• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program management for ALGO Asia. What you'll bring to the role:

• Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.

• Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.

• Experience scoping, developing and prioritizing plans for strategic pieces of work.

• Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated and extremely well-organized professional.

• Strong influencing skills to achieve consensus and alignment in the organization.

• Proven analytical skills and experience in helping teams make decisions based on data.

• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders with varying perspectives.

• Ability to identify, monitor and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and agree appropriate responses.

• Proactive to facilitate fleet ceremonies and instigate as well as manage offline meetings that need to take place to resolve blocks, risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.

• Ability to interact comfortably at the most senior levels of the organization while also being a contributor to the team.

• Ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the organization.

• Experience and comfort in creating and delivering presentations to senior management.

• At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
