Project Manager (Equities)

My client, a leading investment bank, is seeking a Project Manager with strong trading domain knowledge and proven experience delivering end-to-end (concept-to-launch) projects. You will act as a key bridge between Business and Technology to ensure the successful rollout of equities initiatives, enhancements, and operational changes.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and drive strategic projects across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation, through User Acceptance Testing to post-release market monitoring.
2. Engage and manage internal stakeholders and exchange participants on trading initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across project teams and business/technical stakeholders.
3. Support senior management in executing strategies and negotiating with counterparties to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

1. > 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, including at least 2-4 years at a supervisory level
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in system development and/or client support for core mission-critical platforms
3. Hands-on experience creating test strategies, test plans, and UAT cases based on Functional Requirements Specifications
4. Broad experience in business analysis and project management using Prince2, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies
