Job Description - Project Manager (Insurance Agency Platform)

Your new role

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Lead digital and AI-driven projects, including automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow enhancements
Facilitating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring enhancements meet the practical needs of agency users and drive adoption
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Drive continuous improvement in agency systems, user experience, and operational efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

University graduate with a minimum of 4 years of project management/ business analysis experience
1+ years experience in the insurance industry
Strong understanding of IT and able to communicate between the IT and business departments
Familiar with Project Management processes in Agency Channel or Agency Platform Enhancement
