Project Manager - Investment Platform

Head of Emerging Investment Platforms

In this role, you'll own strategy, roadmap, and delivery - translating business priorities into scalable technology solutions that enhance front-office investment processes. You'll work closely with portfolio managers, researchers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end platforms, from concept through to production.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining product, engineering, and delivery ownership. You'll drive prioritisation, manage budgets, guide architecture, and build high-performing teams in a complex, regulated environment.

Key requirements:

• Proven leadership of large-scale technology delivery in investment management or capital markets
• Strong front-office domain knowledge (PMs, trading, research workflows)
• Experience building and scaling platforms, data solutions, or investment systems
• Commercial ownership (roadmap, budget, prioritisation)
• Strong technical fluency (architecture, data, engineering practices)
• Technically fluent across architecture, data, and engineering best practices
  
• Strong experience building and scaling platforms from concept to production
  
• Strong stakeholder management, partnering with PMs, traders, and researchers to translate needs into delivery
