Project Manager/ Product Owner - Private Bank

Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.

Solution Development: Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Legal teams to design and implement platform enhancements.

End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects from feasibility studies and requirements analysis through UAT and post-implementation review.

Stakeholder Engagement: Define project scope, manage expectations, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Performance Tracking: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and achieve targeted outcomes.

Bachelor's degree holder

7-10 years of experience in project management or product development within Private Banking or Wealth Management.

Experience with client-facing or internal enterprise software solutions.

Must equip experience about managing full software development cycle

Knowledge of Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, or data quality management is a strong advantage.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders, influence outcomes, and navigate complex projects.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, or User-Centered Design is a plus.
