Client Details

Our client is a Leading Luxury Retail renowned for the exquisite craftsmanship and shopping experiences. They are now seeking for a talented and dynamic Project Manager to join their VM & Store Planning team to oversee the entire life-cycle of store planning projects, from concept development to execution.

Description

• Lead and manage store planning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including retail operations, visual merchandising, architecture, and design teams to develop innovative store concepts that align with the brand vision.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations to identify the most suitable locations for new store openings or renovations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, resource allocation, and project dependencies.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of store planning projects.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for store construction or refurbishment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in store planning and design to drive innovation and enhance the customer experience.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in store planning, preferably In-house experience within the luxury retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail store design principles, construction processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset to bring innovative store concepts to life.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
