Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Functional Project Manager to lead the Windows 10 migration initiative. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth execution with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Windows 10/11 migration project, overseeing SCCM and Autopilot deployments, golden image creation, and compatibility testing for laptops and virtual machines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and network to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement, Wi-Fi access point deployment, and conference room VC hardware upgrades.
Oversee Active Directory and Windows Server environments, ensuring system health, security compliance, and high availability for users
Administer virtualization platforms (Citrix, VMware) for image deployment, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Ensure governance and reporting, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Windows OS migration projects within enterprise or financial services environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows platforms, SCCM, Intune, virtualization technologies, and cloud identity solutions (Azure, Okta).
Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
