Project manager-digital/online brokerage

Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end product lifecycle for our core internet trading platform and digital user experience
2. Develop and execute product roadmap aligned with business strategy and user needs
3. Conduct data-driven user research, market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
4. Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, risk) to deliver high-quality product features on schedule
5. Optimize user journey and conversion funnel across mobile app and web platform
6. Monitor product performance metrics and iterate continuously based on user feedback and data insights
7. Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into actionable product solutions
8. Drive product innovation and enhance competitive advantage in the digital brokerage market

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or related disciplines
2. Proven senior-level product management experience in internet, fintech or online brokerage industry
3. Strong track record of delivering successful digital products and driving user growth
4. Deep understanding of user experience design principles and data-driven decision making
5. Experience working in agile development environments with engineering and design teams
6. Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
8. Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
9. Experience in financial services or trading platforms is highly preferred
