As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Project Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop strategic market positioning and brand manifesto for various projects
• Provide support in innovative proposal on design features, building provisions, and conduct feasibility study
• Study up-to-trend market intelligence and channel effectiveness
• Conduct research and develop activities to explore innovative and efficient solutions for products, materials, and more
• Analysis of the market landscape, consolidate existing strategies and insights, and propose alternative ideas for redirection
• Work with internal and external partners to implement smooth process of product development and go to market strategy
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Interior Design or relevant disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, PR/advertising agency; experience in property developer an added advantage
• Experience in product design and development (not necessarily property industry) preferred
• Have passion, innovative, creative mindset to help managing new initiatives
• Strong research, analytical skills, good marketing sense and meticulous
• Proactive, independent, and passionate in property marketing industry
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
